The above firm was first registered as OLUMIDE & PASE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS on the 18th July 1966, changed to Olumide, Pase & Co in 2005 and finally became Femi Pase & Co in January 2023. The founding Partners were Messer’s Olufojude Olumide and Johnson Olubukunola Pase who were fellows of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland respectively.
Mr Robert Olufemi Pase the Managing Partner holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of North London is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glasgow and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. The general nature of the business is that of Professional Accountants, Auditors and Tax Consultants.
